To be honest where do I start!? Lydia Harvilles team/firm is the best I have been doing business with them for a while now and I’m just beyond satisfied to be part of the Statefarm community ,from all the staff to the services I been provided I have absolutely no regrets ! Just like you I been with various insurance companies , regardless of the payments and or customer service I have received , I can confidently say there is no company like State Farm and to be honest Lydia’s team gave me more than enough care, attention , reliability and of course all the confirmation to not only stay with them but to also recommend all I come in contact with to this firm !! Now without there amazing team it wouldn’t be possible COLIN , MARYANN , AND OF COURSE THE BEST , MS . ASIA . Whenever I have any concerns, troubles or even life changing events happen in my life they have all helped me , been there , and treated me with the up most respect ! Colin and Mrs Mary Ann were always the first for me to request and will always be the ones I can count on when I need help , but absolutely no one compares to MS. Asia after receiving help from her I truly can say she is my go too , we all dislike paying for insurance, and or unexpected increases sometimes , but when you have someone like Asia who is just good at her job but truly cares about whomever she is talking to/ helping out , you not only feel comfortable and protected with the service you pay for but you will feel secure , cared for and happy to make you future payments . Asia deserves not only a raise, but I truly hope she receives more just a few good reviews she really is a outstanding, caring and dependable person who wants to hear every customer out with all and every comment, concern , and problem that needs to be addressed . So to summarize this review i will continue to stick with State Farm for as long as they continue to have my back. To Lydia , her team , Colin , Mary Ann and of course Asia thank you all ! You guys are the best !
